Obama never appeared more noble when he defended his wife on “Good Morning, America.” I didn’t know that the advocate of Hope and Change had it in him. In a way I admire him. Except. . .
Don’t the Obama crowd usually believe that woman are in all respects equal to men? It seems that most liberals would not find it admirable that a man needs to tell people to lay off his wife. Can’t she stand up for herself?
Yes, I would have thought that Obama was for equal rights for women. With rights come responsibilities, and if you are going to make public statements of a political nature, then you have to allow those statements to be scrutinized. Barack Obama has two choices, if he wants to be a man of integrity:
1. Tell Michelle to cool it with the controversial statements. Perhaps he even needs to tell her to stay home and be a good little wife. If she cannot handle criticism, then she needs to refrain from making comments.
2. Tell Michelle to either stand up for what she says or take it back. That’s what real men and real women do. If they have the guts to make a statement, they have the guts to deal with the fallout from that statement.
People like Barack Obama, and I mean liberals not African Americans, always need a victim. They cannot function without one. Either they themselves are the victims or they find some other victim to “care” about. This time Michelle is the victim. Poor Michelle. I hope she didn’t cry too hard.
